I can't see even the blind voting for Owemalley. I would hope that he's someone's under secretary within the Federal government. Keep him where he can do very little harm.

I like that. The BLM Under Secretary for and Official Emissary to the Gobi Desert. Has a nice ring to it.

And a fire hydrant would be better than the current tribe of Ds running now.

I'm getting motivated to write Babs and Cardin to voice my opposition to the Iran deal.

On Babs' website, after answering her threshold question of whether you are clergy or military, she has a drop-down list of topics that you might be writing about. Interestingly, it includes Afghanistan and Iraq, but NOT IRAN. Huh? Are she and her staff living in yesteryear, or doesn't she want to deal with it? Does she read the news? Another reason?

When I originally posted this I did not connect the politician's (Donna Edwards) name to one of my earlier posts....
    this post http://www.mdshooters.com/showpost.php?p=3907050&postcount=1
shows clear Gerrymandering in her current district...
Donna Edwards had a severe issue with the Jewish vote due to her anti-Israel views, and was at serious risk of being tossed out of office. The gerrymandering was absolutely a key factor in saving her.

She has taken enough nutty positions that I don't think she could win at the primaries, but perhaps I'm underestimating her.

    Or overestimating the voters

It would be great even if you can't get a GOP candidate in to have a moderate Dem who'll vote for gun rights. I know it's probably not likely that'll happen but to have someone like that would be huge considering National Reciprocity probably has right about 60 votes as it stands.

Today's Democrat party isn't moderate. It's socialist. Its own chairman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz won't deny it.
