Judge - Perdue says cannot be armed. Judge saying he can't have firearms on property. Judge doesn't recognize threats can occur outside of house. This guy is clueless.

Applicant says he's afraid to go out in public for fear of running into terminated employees.

Board asking about documentation. Has limited documentation. Police will not address threats. Says received call that person said he will put a bullet in your head. MSP would not assist. Board member said police don't have time to investigate threats.

This is really really bad, the judge seems incapable of grasping routine details and even Corporal Taylor is having to explain things to him. He just asked multiple questions of this applicant on how the money generated from his restaurant business gets to the bank.

I will bet a 10.00 Dunkin Donut gift card the same results will , for a majority of the hearings .

I am watching this in horror and if I was planning on going in front of this chit-show I would let someone else take my place .

MSP says no one has ever been arrested for a concealed carry violation.

The former MSP LD Commander just asked Corporal Taylor how many permit holders have been arrested for carrying outside their restrictions. None was the answer.

He then looked at the applicant and said "there, does that make you feel better?"

Next applicant looks like she had some kind of charges.

She has a permit. Edit, just permit to purchase. Has experienced a second degree assault that the MSP was not aware. Looks like the relationship of the perpetrator seems to matter.

Do getting the chit beat out of you matters more or less, depending on the relationship.

Judge says something about threats on DC don't matter in MD. As I mentioned before, cars have replaced horses and perps can travel.
