Bateman audit turned up 110k worth of protective order not paid for. He won't collect if they can't pay. Read some requests for protective order.

Tough decision on this race.
Bateman may be the "hold your nose and vote" candidate. I have my issues with him but he has come up with some very innovative ways to take down wanted criminals without anyone getting hurt.

Not a fan of Bateman talking big on the 2nd then falling back on the old “only military should have automatics” chestnut.
That said I’d cast a vote for Abaddon, The Despoiler of Worlds, before I’d cast a vote for any democrat.

Right now I am leaning Fredricks or Smith. After the way Bateman threw his wife under the bus tonight and his outburst at the other candidates, he is out. I dont know what the whole pointing at them and saying why he thinks they ran for, was all about. But, it made him look like an AZZ. I missed the first one, one was supposedly a golf tournament, and one was asked to run, but who cares?

However because I’m a nerd, I was referencing the big bad villain from Warhammer 40k, who’s name (like most warhammer characters) is stolen from other works.

Several Sheriff candidates out at the Ferndale Day parade today, but I didn't see anything related to Bateman.

Just voted Jim Fredericks. Because, A) he's not Bateman, and B) he made his Pro-2A position clearly known and is an NRA member.

Just met Beth Smith at Northeast HS she talked 2A and had a good message , not to aware on the Red Flag bill but she says she has been busy with the campaign . She seemed like a good solid choice , and i could not vote for Master Bateman

Haven't met him. I do know he's a LT. with AACO pd, northern district. 26 years? Experience. I think some here said they've met him and that he's solid. He's got quite the resume. I forgot what his website is, but listed there.
I think sometimes it's good to have a different set of eyes take over an agency.
Not sure how long Beth had been a deputy. Or if she had any supervision roles in the dept.
