    For small job in Conowingo. I noticed that my meter can has pulled away from the wall. Not sure exactly when, but it looks like time and settlement of the ground maybe put downward pressure.     Did you try your electric company?

    I did not. When I built the house (20 years ago) my electrician was required to install the meter can on the wall for Delmarva. I don’t believe they are responsible for the can itself.

    Edit: I spoke to a rep from Delmarva, the meter can is not their responsibility.

    Remember code has changed. Ours was replaced in 07 due to rust. Electrician replaced it (originally was 500 dollars) when the inspector came out the wire from the meter to the circuit breaker panel had to be changed which added a thousand to the bill. The wire from the box went up thru the porch roof now it must go down.
