Pardon the dumb question from a noob to this state, but I’m trying to figure out legality and the path of least resistance on an item. I currently own an ar in 300 aac. I recently picked a Del-Ton heavy profile upper for a good price but it didn’t come with the bcg or charging handle.
I’m thinking about canabalizing the 300 and using the lower and bcg for the new Del-Ton upper, or I can go out and buy/build a lower and find a new bcg. If I go the new lower route, that’s a 77r and out the door in a week. Can I just part out the 300 and it’s plug and play with no issues with paperwork? Thanks,
