Just remember when a monster storm enters the Gulf no matter where the storm decides to hit PCola will always be in some part of the storm unless it hits the center of Mexico. That tells me that they have really strict building codes to withstand storm damage and or they all run for their lives everytime a monster storm enters the gulf. Also if you do move their hope you have outstanding A/C as well.

Liberals are the cockroaches of humans. They infest an area, encourage massive breeding (of an underclass who they convince the GOP is the devil) and when the results of their policies become evident, they move away to infect new lands. Maryland/DC/Philly libs have moved out and infested DE, NoVA, and some of the more populated regions of PA; hence why their legislative and executive branches have gone purple and red.

Some of the previous permanent disenfranchised voter base have started waking up and seeing that the GOP is the party of opportunity and not the party of suppression; and voting as such - which is why the sudden push to legalize illegals. They need a new disenfranchised underclass to bolster their votes.

The problem isn't so much Baltimore/DC/NoVA transplants. It is the super progressive NY/NJ/CT/MS transplants.

My wife and I had the same question two years ago. We move to North Carolina. It was the best decision we ever made. Hopefully the "yankee liberals" don't find out.

Zero won NC in 2008, and barely lost it in 2012. It is vulnerable as well.

Not too worried about storms. We plan to be far enough inland and on higher ground to minimize the risk - somewhat. (of course - if I had Doug's Motorcoach :D)

What...it doesn't get balls hot and humid in MD?

Becoming??? When was the last Gov and conservative presidential candidate they voted for? Delaware is a haven for unprosecuted illegals.

Its that old river in Egypt, denial.

They keep trying to flee the results of their own policies. Basically they deny their own stink and can't figure out why it follows them.
