Would it be ethical to call it "Pikesville area" and add the $15k? We're only about 4 minutes from Pikesville.

A bit of a jest since everyone I talk to that lives in that area (for what it's worth I think it's a nice area) call it Pikesville.

Whichever one you choose. Or some other gun within reason. I'm not giving away an M249, or anything, but I'm sure we can work out something for a free gun or suppressor when you buy the house... LOL

Thank you for the comment on our kitchen. The wife and I worked hard on that. Did all the work ourselves, too. That was a mistake we won't make again... LOL

Yeah, that was two plastic ammo boxes and a case of shotgun shells... LOL
