I ordered them from a company called Current Camo. I'm not sure if he is still in business or not. He's a navy veteran who can customize seat covers. The ones I have are Skanda and I think they can be ordered through cover king. They are 500D cordura with Velcro and webbing where I wanted it stitched on.
