I'm looking for an honest local small business HVAC service man in the Pasadena area. Preferably an owner/operator that will take cash for their work and not out to add on a bunch of unnecessary work just to pad the bill. I actually knew of such a gentleman but sadly he recently passed away. He was a good man and I'm sure he is in a better place now.
