I have looked around and don't see anyone having this problem. I have Redding 223 and Hornady 300BO dies and they stick in both. I have 1k of these and hate to think I'll have to chuck them. No issues with Lake City brass.

If you're lubing properly, there is no reason for them to stick. I've reloaded thousands of various caliber PRVI cases without sticking issues. The rims like to deform more than most brass, but no sticking in the die.

havent had any issues with lee dies..

Same experience here. Even when using One Stuck (One Shot).

That is what I am using. Both sets of dies are practically new.

Would it hurt to spray them twice?

Clean them out with something good, I use brake cleaner, and then use the One Shot on them.

It works for me, so far...

Prvi Partizan/PPU has never been a problem with me

in fact quite the opposite, it tends to be some of the more accurate, easy to reload, best functioning of the less expensive brass ammo.

generally get WAY better results with PPU than with PMC bronze

    Stop using 1 shot...
I will still use that for pistol brass but there is better lube out there.
I use Dillon, or Rooster case lube for rifle brass and don't stick cases like I did with 1 shot.
