    OUR COUNTRY DIED THIS DAY
Our Country died the day “we the people” elected the forty-fourth president of the USA.

What would Washington, Adams & Jefferson say about the deceptions and untruths of the forty-fourth president of the USA?

Madison, Monroe and Adams would never have condoned the bowing to foreign thrones by the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Jackson, Van Buren and Harrison would have vetoed the unconstitutional Bills signed into law by the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Tyler, Polk and Taylor would have vilified and cursed the destructive economic national policies of the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Fillmore, Pierce and Buchanan would have taken the Stars and Stripes away from the un-patriotic forty- fourth President of the USA.

Lincoln, Johnson and Grant would grieve all the lives of soldiers lost serving under the forty- fourth president of the USA.

Hayes, Garfield and Arthur would have shouted loud and clear, ‘impeach, impeach, impeach’ the forty-forth president of the USA.”

Cleveland, Harrison & McKinley would have publically demanded repentance and the resignation of the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Roosevelt, Taft and Wilson would have censured the insolent and unscrupulous nature of the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Harding, Coolidge and Hoover would prosecute the betrayal of “The Oath of Office” by the forty- fourth president of the USA.

FDR, Truman and IKE would have turned away in sheer contempt for the forty-fourth president of the USA.

JFK, LBJ and Nixon would only say how little respect they had for the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Ford, Reagan and Bush the elder would hang their heads in shame whenever they heard the name of the forty-fourth president of the USA.

Carter, Clinton and GW did nothing while the forty-fourth president of the USA stole our God given freedoms and rights away.

OUR COUNTRY DIED THIS SAD, SAD DAY, WHEN “WE THE PEOPLE” MISTAKENLY ELECTED THE FORTY-FOURTH PRESIDENT OF THE USA..

Mr. Obama is more a symptom than a cause. No matter what they might have said about him, many of the presidents you list were just as venal, unprincipled and dishonest as he. The differences are the growing ignorance, inattention and selfishness of the electorate, coupled with a servile press. Together, they have provided the rot out of which the parasitical fungus that is our present "leadership" - the President and most other politicians at every level - have grown.

Hardly. He's insufficient to bringing America down. I'm still above the grass, still moving, still speaking my mind and working to improve things. America dies when the last one of us that believes in her falls and we are a long way from there.

This. America is more than a land and a Nation. It is a set of beliefs and ideals. So long as people continue to subscribe to those beliefs and ideals, whether they are born here or are immigrants, America still exists.

We have faced far worse and endured worse presidents. Pick your nuts up and drive on.

I can't see how anyone can think that Obama is as bad as Lincoln and while his policies still are felt to this day the country is still alive. Harding was just as bad as Obama as well. Obama was handpicked to further the neoconservative large government agenda while maintaining a progressive image. He is simply the figurehead that takes credit for the work of a very large organization that is trying to destroy our sovereignty. NAFTA, government spying, foreign adventure to topple regimes such as Libya that were adamantly opposed to global banking policies and the rest have been the invention of unelected officials both here and in the E.U. to create one easily managed culture.

Probably won't win many popularity contests, but dead on correct relative to the riteous perception of the presidents of old and on the root of the rot and fungus today.

This! Those in power wish to stay in power and will use any means they can to attain that goal. What Lincoln did makes Obama look like a choir boy.

True. The worry comes when you realize that the next guy can do the EXACT SAME THING +1 and NOT BE IMPEACHED. Obama is the result of an executive branch that has consolidated/usurped power for a legislature and a judiciary that have no political will.

But most republics go this way anyway so >meh<

    BINGO!

0bama is nothing more than a figurehead for the major $ contributors to his campaign.

Q: How is he ever going to pay back $2,000,000,000 in campaign contributions with a $400,000/yr job?

A: He can't do it monetarily so it will have to be through other means - mostly favorable legislation, appointments, handouts, etc..

This goes for most politicians at every level as well. Money talks, BS walks.:mad54:

Promise free stuff and you will always win.

This will be the push again. This time, weed will be the winner for the next election. We will get you legal weed.

Of all the people that consume it, they can realize no more shady dealings ... Just go to the store. Pols get their votes and voters get their toke.

Don't kid yourself...his 43 predecessors were not angels. I could find where every one of our Presidents committed at least one impeachable offense
