    They only reason for them to plead guilty is because they really didn’t care about standing up for their 2A rights. I’m not saying that I would risk going to
    Jail and losing my business either if I were in their shoes. It just seems like they had a pretty good case and the connections and resources to make a stand.

    Of they come out of this not prohibited, fine enough considering the CF it was from the get go.

    We should all take notes about the difference an innocent body language mistake can make in this era of mob justice.

    Thanks for finding that, it's a better outcome than the first article I posted indicated. But even so, if they're not prohibited, and they own other firearms, and the case is over, why didn't they get their property back? They are serving no further evidentiary purpose. Hopefully more info will follow.
