Will a 16 hour MD class fulfill the DC reqs? If not, do you guys offer something that just “fills” the gap
DC requires a 16 hour class and range component and that is the class that is listed. Hope this info is helpful.
You need the DC law portion and the DC course of fire which is different than MD.
That is included in the 16 hour course which is required unless you have a training waiver from the MPDC.

How does it work for DC concealed carry renewal? Attend part of the course?
We have a DC renewal class on Dec. 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the MSAR, 2nd floor classroom. Cost is $110.00, cash or money order. The instructor is not able to take credit card payments and will give you a receipt. It is a "walk-in class", no reservation needed. If you wish to attend, you should be there at 10:00 a.m. and bring the firearm you carry. The class fee includes the ammo and range fees. It is always a good idea to call our office (301/899-3079) the day before the class to confirm the class has not been cancelled due to bad weather or some other reason. We hope this info is helpful.
