  • Am I correct that Maryland's new law allows in state FFLs to transfer/sell magazines over 10 rounds to another in state FFL? So, does a C&R license qualify as a form of FFL? If so, can a C&R holder transfer/sell magazines over 10 rounds to another C&R or other type of FFL dealer in Maryland, and still be with in the legal confines of Maryland's new law?

    Or is this not recommended?

A C&R "license" as we like to call it, is a FFL. However, in this state you cannot buy, sell, transfer, or take possession of magazines over 10 rounds. Going through a FFL wouldn't matter because it would still be illegal.
