Mine has the white strip on the back what looks like a place for a signature. It does not state "Not valid without signature". I am assuming it still needs to be signed! Any thoughts?

I have the same. It doesn't say to sign it, so I don't know.

Received yesterday. The post mark was 8/1 so I don't think it was mailed 7/28 as I was told.

    Mailed: 6/28
    Check cashed: 7/26
    Received: 8/4

Glad to see you received yours "E"!!! The one thing I noticed about the expiration date is that it seems to be the end of your birth month. My birthday is in December and my expiration is 12/31/2020.

BTW, I signed mine and had to try 3 different pens to find one that would write on that shiny shit. It worked with a fine tip marker type pen. Not sure how long it will last though???

    Exactly.

Plus, what are the chances if stopped, a cop won't also ask for your driver's license.

I agree. I however took the better safe than sorry approach. I would not want to have to go through any BS if a lack of signature was questioned even though legally I would imagine the signature is not needed being that it does not state that the signature is required. JMHO and IANAL!
