Another mouse gun. CZ45 from 1949, 25acp, DOA - hammer not cocked by recoil cycle. Seecamp supposedly based his 25acp design on the CZ.

Always at a loss about where to post these. Seemed to get no notice in the handgun/CZ porn thread.

The C&R forum usually gets C&R posts, and people look there for them. Dunno why...

    Nice looking mouse gun, BTW.

Seecamp openly acknowledged that the LWS-25 and LWS-32 are near-clones of the Cz45. They're all nice guns - I'd rather have the Cz than a Browning Baby. May I ask where you got the replacement grips?

Like it when something new to me pops up and I'm motivated to go on a knowledge search. Found the neat Vzor or CZ 36 predecessor which is pretty rare (it's not like the CZ 45 is common either). The Czechs certainly had a knack for firearm innovation!

I'll eventually get around to shooting it. Condition is nice enough to show off, but below Safe Queen; in other words, just right.

The grips came with the gun. I like them better than the OEM stuff. I dunno why I got into these little things; ammo costs more than it should, and effectiveness is not a strong point. I probably got it because it's CZ, and uncommon, and in decent condition, and I had the money at the time.

I wasn't sure that the Seecamp 32/380 was also DAO; if I ever get an HQL I might look into one of those.

The Seecamps are the ultimate in deep concealment pistols. The only issue I have with mine is finding a pocket holster that stays muzzle-down.
