    Hi all.

Forgive me if this question has already been answered, but I just wanted to get the facts.

As I’m sure some of you are experiencing, getting an appointment to renew an existing DL is a nightmare. I know the Governor extended DL expiration dates 30 days past the end date of the State of Emergency.

My question is can a DL that falls within that window of extension still be used for a transfer at an FFL or with MSP for the 77R?

By order of the governor they are extended. So not expired. Now electronic systems that take an expiration date might have an issue. Legally it is still good.
