I really don't think this applies in this case. I think the OP's issue is them getting an attitude and dropping him as a customer because he had to contact them to correct his address in their computer. Seems like a major over reaction on their part. Of course we are hearing one side of he story.I understand completely! But that does make me think of this, because you, me, anyone cannot have it all! Nothing meant personal here. And thank you, because I was planning a small order from them. But if they don't need your business, I am sure they don't need mine.
