My father in law obtains a permit in upstate NY to take nuisance deer outside of hunting season. Can hunt as late as 2300 and Spotlight the deer. They're damaging his yearling Christmas trees by rubbing on them.

Any way to mount a light over the scope on this old Marlin? It's sighted in and spot on so don't want to pull the scope off.

I have the W400 from Wicked Hunting Lights. It's quality made. Adaptable to different mounts, scope or picatinny rail. Sometimes I just use it as a flashlight. It puts out a powerful beam of led light.
