40 yrs old. I've been in construction most of my life. My father started our business when I was 13 yrs old. I've have experience in all phases of commercial and residential construction. I had an opportunity to join a home inspection company about 2 yrs ago. It is taking more of my time now. Between me and another inspector we average about 35 to 40 inspections a month. I also spent 6 yrs in the MD National Guard.
