    I hate DC, but I can get behind one of the fines "a driver whose car blocks traffic while sorting out an accident could receive a $500 traffic ticket".

    I can't stand the idiots who stop in the lane because of a scratched fender to exchange insurance info.

    So ban bicyclists, or make them ride on the sidewalk, where their speed and mass more clo0sely coincides with the pedestrians.

    DC has as a class the stupidest pedestrians I have encountered anywhere. They have been told they have right away in crosswalks, so they just step out, whether or not you see them... No wonder they get flattened. Bike Fairys are worse. They think they own the road and are on par with cars...How about making them buy license plates for their bikes and share the cost of all the bike lanes etc.Stupid twats, always the cars fault right?
