I used to do sealcoating 20yrs ago and what Ive seen lately I would make sure to use latex instead of oil. Latex will be applied by hand and oil will be spread on. I don't know anyone in the business anymore. Good luck

Not to hijack the tread but why? I think they used oil on mine and it's good for 5 years.
