    Did a search for this information, but could not find a definite answer on this.

    I have a complete CMMG MK-9 AR that I purchased in 2012.

    Can I sell this version of the evil black assault rifle in Marylandistan?

    I recall it was "instant check" back then.

    So it should be face to face now.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    That's a dedicated 9mm lower so you are correct that it would be face to face in Maryland to another Maryland resident.
