    Are Prime Hook, Bombay Hook wildlife areas open? Thinking about spending a couple days on the shore away from people. Weekday of course. Any other parks or beach areas in and around Slaughter Beach open or recommended?

    They were open a week ago, but shops, ect were closed.

    Love Prime Hook. Fantastic trails, and amazing birding... especially in spring migration.

    Bombay Hook is really too big to do properly in one day, but still great.

    Wandered around the shore quite a bit. Most things were open except for visitor centers. I wouldn't mind finding a small piece of ground around Leipsic, or Milford Neck. Just something to put a pole barn on with water, electric, and septic. Maybe park a boat when it isn't in the water.
