Looking to hire somebody to come up with a plan for our community beach. We likely need some revetments, and possibly a pier/jetty/groyne. We're looking to get a written plan.
So, anybody know a knowledgeable marine construction planner/engineer? Annapolis/Edgewater area. Of course, we're willing to pay. We hired somebody, but they had some personal business that prevented them from doing it, so looking for somebody new.
