Is it legal to sell a Colt SP1, manufacture date of 1976 in Maryland and if so, through FFL or MDSP?

    Thanks

    SP1, that's a pencil barrel isn't it?

Think the pesky HBAR requirement is going to be an issue.

It is a safe whore collecting dust and occupying space. Back in 76 purchased for investment and now time to move on.

Well if you bought it that long ago I would say you should get a nice return on your investment. That is the same reason I got mine a number of years ago. For me I fell in love with it and cannot ever see myself selling it.

Could he sell it to someone that has a pre 10/13 lower? I know we can still buy any lower that was legal before 10/13 to put on a pre 10/13 lower.
