Best hunting knife under $100

I've decided to start hunting again (deer). Needed a dedicated hunting knife. After reading a bit online, I ended up going with this:

Now my question, what's the best hunting knife under $100?

This is the best skinning knife Ive ever used its small and holds a hell of an edge . If you get one get one of the older US made ones , the new ones are made overseas in China or Japan now .

I also have one of these another great knife carried it for years until the sheath wore out lol . Need to get a new sheath.

Yes it does just make sure you get a older US made one . I put mine through hell and it never failed me.

RJ- great advice, funny I have a 15+ year old schrade, good to know that's my best option. Hoping to find a better knife, under a hundred bucks.

I have both the 16 and the 17.... The one with the brown handle in photos.. the 16.... comes with black and brown.....I stripped and patina'd this one.... It is a limited addition.... Laser engraved with Ethan Beckers Sig.... Pretty cool drop point.

The bk17 with my g17... their clip point..... Both have 4.5" blades.....1095 cro-van steel and come with a very nice nylon sheath.

Just ordered Kydex from azwelke for the 17....... Pretty cool knives

I like that drop point . Ill have to check into them . You guys have me stripping all my knives lol , mustard is awesome . It looks so much better and cuts alot smoother with out the enamel :thumbsup:
