Talked to Ms. Samiyah today and what do you know they do not have any paperwork for me. So after waiting (my fault) all this time that is my answer.

She suggested I submit a request for modification and if it is denied then submit the paperwork again for the board.

I did have an "informal review" months ago, so can I submit a request for modification now? Or do I have to wait until renewal time?

Did you send your request for a hearing via Certified Mail? Always, always, always send any correspondence with the MSP or HPRB Certified, return receipt requested.

If not, you're out $10 and a passport photo.

I did not and have learned my lesson. Would it have made a difference though if the packet was lost somewhere in the abyss. She stated that they moved or something and files were being transferred and mine may have been misplaced or lost. Ohh well. Back in line for a hearing once I send off the modification request.

I once heard something similar about one of my people trying to get an agency "L" clearance. It was lost. (Repeat every other month.) Of course being Government, submitting a duplicate package was not an option. The package finally surfaced after THEY MOVED A SAFE AWAY FROM THE WALL and found the missing application package behind it. I swear. You can't make this kind of stuff up.
