We're here and on the bus. At least one demanding mommy is here too. I didn't see a thread for the day, so thought I should start a collective one.

    Thank you.
I’m glad to see some of our best and brightest there leading the fight.

Thank you Katie, Art, and others. Proud of you and grateful. I am at work, and will be following this thread (so thanks in advance for the play-by-play that I am sure someone will provide), and will link into the live feed when I get home this evening.

My written testimony is being submitted by my wonderful Delegate's Aid.

My personality is not conducive to me being there in person any more. I have no filter and don't like bracelets.

Thanks for taking the time to make the trip.

Submitting written testimony wasn't as painful as expected. As long as you followed instructions. The Mommies panel did not, and they had to redo their signup. While the person submitting their written occupied the 2nd computer instead of moving.

Submitted my written testimony to my Senator and Delegate for all 3 bills today. I want to shout out to Mark Pennak for his excellent written testimony on all the bills, but especially SB 55. My written testimony was 3 lines and 2/3 was the opening and close saying my opposition. The 3rd line was to encourage the committee to read his testimony.

Give em hell today Patriots. Wish I could have been there. Will be praying for everyone from Garrett County.

Three different gun bills being heard today.

    Three different Committees.

All three hearings conducted at the same time today: 1PM.

    Additional testimony restrictions.

DemocRats love democracy, just not in Annapolis.

Maryland Shall Issue has all the bill/hearing info here:

    New MGA website here:

    Go Katie go!

From the MGA website, SB55 looks to have been withdrawn by the sponsor.

Keep fighting the good fight. I was there last year till the very last minute, but couldn't make it this year. They sneaked that one in that was a shot below the belt! Its pretty clear they didn't want a repeat from last year and found if they do it this way they can sneak these bills in.

They're seating us in order of signup. Demanding mommies command the first two rows.
