Well, I tried to read the brief, but it drove my blood pressure to unsafe levels.

What's the timetable/roadmap on this? Obviously hoping for a win that sets up a solid split with the 4th, and realize that in turn would be a long wait for SCOTUS. But what's the timetable for the people in the 9th?

SLOW. Based on my experience in the 9th, they won't have oral argument for nearly a year, if then

Callahan was on the 3 judge Peruta panel and the en banc panel. She authored a dissent in the en banc panel.
Lee has been a judge less than a year.
Lynn was on the 3 judge panel in Fyock v Sunnydale

Can you parse that into ...
    [ ] That's a Good Thing
    [ ] That's a Bad Thing
    [ ] It's a crap shoot

Callahan is likely to vote for 2A rights based on how she voted in Peruta.
Lee is likely to vote for 2A rights based on conservative beliefs but does not have a long record as a judge.
Lynn is likely to vote against 2A rights based on Fyock.

Thanks. I'll take 2/3 any time.

The oral argument for this case will take place at 12pm ET (Noon) 9 am PT tomorrow Thurday 2 April. The link to hear the arguments is https://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/media/live_oral_arguments.php Due to the corona virus, they will only hear the oral arguments for this case. The other cases' oral arguments were canceled (submitted on the briefs). The judges will likely be on video while the attorneys are on the phone.
