Here's a scenario that I cant seem to find the answer to.

If a person is 16-17 years old and has a driver license and an adult hunting license, are they allowed to legally drive from home to wherever they are hunting with a cased and unloaded shotgun or rifle in the car?

I'm not sure how this works since they are under 18.

IIRC a kid at South River High was turned in because his shotgun was visible in his car on school property (for hunting) and I do not believe anything came of it. maybe search for that.

I think i remember that too.

Take school completely out of the scenario though. This is to go straight from home to hunting spot.
