Something that will store 2 or 3 rifles and might fit under a bed with a combo lock.

I have a barska biometric, not under the bed but in a nearby closet. Wouldn't put my most valuable items in it but good and quick for a 3 gun combo.

Perhaps a large rifle case with a separate combo lock that you add on? Something like this is rated for 2 rifles. You might be able to squeeze 3 in if they don't have optics... https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/boyt-tactical-h51-double-long-gun-case

This is how I plan to store my weapons. If a thief wants my guns, they are gonna get them anyways. I am more concerned with keeping my guns secured from the children. This should do the trick for that.

You guys thinking about storing your guns in a plastic case need to re-think that. It doesn't take much to cut through plastic. A 8-10 year old can probably do it in 10 minutes with a razor knife.

If you want it secure, it needs to be steel and attached to something that isn't easy to carry around.

With the parameters given we are giving the OP options. While what you say is true. Most even steel cases can be easily defeated with a hacksaw or sawsall if we are going to assume the kid is a true delinquent and has a fully tooled garage at his disposal.

PLanos and Pelicans while are plastic are little more sturdy than your run of the mill rubbermaids. But I guess we could substitute razor knife with a dremel or cordless angle grinder.

Like I said... if a thief wants something they will get it. You can harden a target to a point, but you can never prevent against a determined thief.

In regards to my toddlers, they don't have access to a razor knife either. The state of Maryland requires that I do my diligence to keep firearms out of the hands of my children. I plan to raise my children with respect and knowledge for firearms, so that I don't worry too much about them stealing them. I could bury them in concrete under the house, but then they just need a chisel and sledgehammer.

My pistols are all in pistol cases. With a crowbar and a little patience they are easily stolen too. With the pistols comes the tradeoff of quick access versus safe storage.

All my pistols are in "safes" under the beds not bolted or anything. Try and tell your wife I want to bolt my safe though the floor under the bed. The rest of my guns are in a basement workshop that has standard interior door on it but with keyed lock and little hook catch up high so my 6 year old cannot open the door easily. In the work shop I have guns in cabinets, M12 rack, on the work bench if I am doing some work.

    Where they send me.
Great offer on that Treadlok! They made good stuff. I would be all over that if I was close.

If that doesn't work for you a V-Line cable locked to the bed frame is an option.
