    Yep. The "no go" list isn't legally binding, and is frequently incorrect. I've contacted MSP about a bevy of firearms incorrectly listed as banned. They will be reviewing the information I provided shortly.

    As far as the Galil ACE is concerned, the .308 is good to go- it has a folding stock and a muzzle brake. The 7.62x39 ACE would be banned in its factory configuration; we remove the flash hider and replace it with a thread protector to be compliant with MD law- which is what ultimately matters- complying with the law, not the list.

    They need to revise the Vepr listing too. They are all pretty much compliant, but the listing changes depending on the weather.
