    Definitely not, though there's plenty of those greasy bastards on the Bush. About half of the had distinct white spots on their head and they had very round bodies in flight. Ruddy's makes sense, don't know if they migrate early or in numbers though. More likely buffleheads.

    Buffleheads most likely based on this and the flight description. Ruddys tend to fly higher once they do take off
