    punchabear might be able to help. His family is heavy into the Celtic society of SOMD. He can at least point you in the right direction since we're so far away.
    Also the Chesapeake caledonians might help
    My son used to play. If he was still doing it, I'd drive him up and have him do it for you.

    ez -- do you have this squared away yet? In the unlikely event none of the numerous excellent suggestions pan out I may be able to track something down through my son's school. Bagpipes are big there but it's our first year so I don't have it all nailed down yet, but I know who to call...
