I've seen a lot of people using Walker ear muffs. I guess folks like them? :shrug:

Anyone have the XV behind the neck ones? If so, how do you like it? Reviews are mixed but they look great. I hate the arms on my eyes stuffed into the ear cuffs of my ears.

I was checking them out too but the bad reviews turn me off.

Thanks for the heads up OP, I checked them, but some of the bad reviews made it sound like grey market products were being delivered? I have some Howard Leights, which are ok. These caught my attention and I might pick up a pair to loan to guests at the range

I have a pair. The sound amplification isn’t great. Low level static that gets louder as you turn up the volume. Which means super quiet sounds you won’t hear, but most stuff comes through just fine. I’ve used them for hunting and they work okay, but not great for that. They’d work well for waterfowl hunting or jump shooting things.

For the range they work fine, but if you intend to use overs also, don’t bother with the VX as the microphones are in the ear pieces. They are perfectly comfortable, but use regular in ear plugs for that.
