Any ideas how to set the sights on a K31 Schmidt-Rubin so I have a prayer of being on paper at 100 yards? I'll be using Prvi Partizan 174 grain factory loads.

    Thanks.

Assuming they haven't been f'd with, slide the rear sight all the way to the rear (to the 1 ) and you should be on at 100M. The Priv ammo is only a few tenths ft/s slower than GP11 and has the same projectile weight.

You might want to start at a shorter range and assume you'll hit high.

Thanks. Maybe I'll hope that it'll be zeroed at 25 yds. and 100 yds. I also need to remember to take a small brass drift and hammer in case I need to adjust the windage. Mine looks pretty unmolested, thank goodness!

    Thanks again.

That's probably not going to happen. You may find it peened. You probably need a tool made for the job. Fortunately cheap ones are made now days.
