Where in Maryland may a person purchase an AR 15 80% or stripped lower receiver?

Try calling some Local Gun Shops.

Where in Maryland do you live?

Do you have the sheet metal brake required for bending the 80% AR lower into its final shape?

    I live near Frederick.

I could be wrong, but a brake is not required for the brands of lowers that I am considering.

    Congrats. You passed the test.

Good luck on finding your lowers.

    Ha Ha,
I thought about being a smart aleck, but just figured I would let you down gently on the off chance you didn't know better about AR lowers.

I was hoping someone could save me some time and point out a shop that was reasonable and had them in stock. So far, no luck by calling around.

There is a new shop in Frederick off of 26 next to the advanced auto. Sports and Hobbies I think is the name. I don't know what their pricing is like, but they don't have permission from the landlord to sell firearms (they do have an FFL), so they sell muzzleloaders and 80% lowers out of the store.

    Advance Auto or AutoZone?

Go talk to the boys at Engage Armament in Rockville.

They are an IP on here and some good people. Watch out for Brutus if you are wearing shorts. :D
