This is just an FYI for anyone attending events at the arena.
My family and I went to the Tobymac concert here in Norfolk last Friday night. I searched various places on the interweb to determine if I should try to CCW to the concert. Old Dominion University is not very 2A friendly, but I could not find any specific references since 2009 as to what the security protocols were while entering the arena.
Well, I decided NOT to carry and it was a wise choice. They did not have metal detectors, but they did have people using wands to scan you before entering the arena.
Now you know.
