Amazon should be able to beat that deadline.

However: I did see some that kinda stuff on the shelves at Engage in Rockville just the other day. From there, short drive to Atlantic’s Rville store, so call them, too.

    Look, here's what you need:
    1. Belt
    2. AR mag pouch
    3. 2 pistol mag pouches (and maybe only one, really)
    4. Holster (I recommend an appropriate Safariland GLS holster)

This. You can probably get away without an AR mag pouch but it's nice to have a spare. Amazon might be able to get you all of that by next Sunday. Pay attention to their shipping dates however since they are still no sending out some things immediately. I'll second the Safariland GLS.
Honestly if you're shooting 2 gun I would have 3-4 pistol mag pouches and probably go without an AR mag pouch. You can always shove an extra AR mag in your back pocket. You'll be shooting at several shotgun targets with pistol rounds so you'll need to factor that into your round count.

I think an extra AR mag is a necessity in case you get a failure where dropping the mag is the faster way of resolving the malfunction.

Obviously, more pistol mags are better, but if you're going in with three 15-19rd mags, that's going to get it done if you're not missing like crazy. Throw the fourth in your pants pocket if you're really concerned...

check out shootersconnection.com. awesome shop and they ship fast. they only carry the good (competition) stuff.

at the start, i'd just use cargo or back pockets for AR mags.

as far as # of mags and pouches, i generally carry one more mag than i should need to complete a stage/course of fire. and sometimes there will be unloaded/empty gun starts, hence the need for an extra mag pouch or two.

most competitors wear a dual velcro belt system (check out double alpha academy/daa or cr speed). holster and mag pouches are mounted on the outer belt. some use a battle belt system.

if you are going to be running around and/or dealing with a sling, you prob want a holster with some sort of active retention, something you can easily disengage, either a 'hood' that holds the handgun in or something that clamps on the trigger guard.
