Right, you can count on the traitor RINO Murkoski and Collins to suddenly start caring about "states' rights," even though they voted on this before.
They'd pass this if it went nuclear. They would have a few Dem votes IMO.
well right now they have 37 cosponsors. that's a pretty poor showing among 52 repubs, even with 3 flip floppers
I’m starting to believe there is more to gain by a R politician by holding off on any 2A vote then to have Anything pass leaving no more 2A supporter $$. Swamp.

At some point the NRA will start asking questions. They can't simply be an organization only successful in blocking anti-gun legislation; they need to go on offense and pass something.

Actually, that opens up the topic I'd hoped someone in the fed gubmit would do. It needs to be made law or ruled by scotus that states rights do not extend/over-rule rights enumerated in the constitution.
