Looking for a WMA to hunt some ducks on. I went last year for the Teal opener, all I saw were woodys. I can't remember which WMA I went to last year, man it sucks getting old.

I used to go down to Fishing Bay for the teal opener and I would usually get a few blue wings. The problem with Fishing Bay is you have to do a lot of scouting to find good spots and then you have to get there rediculouly early to get to those spots before someone else.

Speaking of duck hunting this will be my first year hunting. Already patterned the shotgun. I'm going to practice on Crow first. Then go for duck. I am thinking somewhere in Frederick county. I hear there is pretty good marsh lands somewhere in Cunningham Falls area. any one else hunt there?

Be easy on me Im new to hunting :)

I used to go to Fishing Bay in my younger days and shot a few teal. Try Deal island WMA but you need to scout it out. Good luck
