    Hi All

    Sig Sauer is having a promotion on the kit to convert a 1911 pistol to a .22LR. The original price for the kit is $302 and the promotion price is $259. Not as good a deal as they recently had for the 9mm to .22LR conversion kit, but I figured that the few $$ off on this promotion may interest someone on this fourm.

    Bought one of those the last time they ran this special. I have only had it on the range once, but it functioned well (two of the three .22 mags tend to stick in the magwell and need to be pulled out instead of dropping when the mag release is depressed).

    If I knew anyone with a non-Sig 1911, I would offer to let them try. Unfortunately, none of my close friends own 1911s.
