I have an old (as in not sure but probably 40 plus years) western auto revelation 12 gauge. The gun shoots and ejects birdshot and all low brass shells no problem. But the 2 3/4 magnum high brass shells typically fail to extract. I assume I need new extractors on right and left side and new springs? Any thoughts or suggestions? Also where would be the best place to find them? Midway had the right extractor and the springs. Brownells has the left extractor. Does it make sense to replace them and do you think this will resolve the extracting issue? Thanks in advance for replies.
