Looks like a the Severna Park contingent hits too close to my childhood home. This crew was manufacturing and distributing around the corner from my parents home.

What they conspiring to make and deliver is a very dangerous mix that would have killed many people. Now the question is will they get released back into the community like they do in Bloodymore??

Don't look like they are making smarter criminals . The two guys and the older lady look like they may have some repeat issues IMHO . The younger lady looks like she was a customer more then a partner in the ring , she most likely was laying with one of the guys to get her fix(s)

Cassandra Leroux worked at Bill Batemans, I believe as a manager; judging from her Facebook page, her and James Edward Dean Joy were in a relationship of some sort.

On a serious note it’s just sad to see what happens to people who’s lives revolve around drugs. Severna park HS was the suburban drug capital of america in the early 80’s. Maybe after years of looking the other way the community reaps what they sow.

Detectives infiltrated the organization which led them to 21 arrests, 15 search warrants, 9 vehicle seizures, 4 gun seizures, and the seizure of $296,435.00 in US Currency.

CDS Seized:

1.74 kilograms Fentanyl

332 grams of Heroin
466 grams Cocaine
159 grams Bathsalts
26.88 grams U-47700
8.86 kilograms Xylazine
Street value over $800,000.00
