    Bart....if you want to borrow the paint LMK. I only bought it for this project and I don't forsee me doing anything else in purple. Maybe my daughters softball bat no more guns

    I'm gonna have to find something I'm not fond of to paint purple now.

    For Those attempting to follow along at home MDS member Fionnros - AKA "My wife" loves purple. She also loves the mosin that I bought off of FPS.

    Looks good. I wonder if I can use this to persuade my wife to at least head to the range with me.


    How does the coating stand up to cleaning solvents?
