    Looks like DC's Emergency Act 22-31 to allow stun guns was enacted March 27, 2017 and is to expire after 90 days. Haven't seen any new proposed legislation.

    And for what it's worth, while that was the case in NJ, in Kentucky after obergefell Kim Davis refused to issue licenses for quite some time.

    Kim Davis was just denied Qualified Immunity for willfully ignoring the Court's holding in Obergefell in her denial of same-sex marriage licenses. Guess what will have potential implications post-NYSRPA v. Bruen
