The case in DC will likely not be decided for weeks or months if history is any barometer. Given the makeup of the three-judge panel (one conservative, two liberal) it's realistic to think there may be two opposing decisions when it's all said and done, then, on to the Supreme Court.
Who knows what that means to the imposed ATF deadline in the meantime.
I happily retired from the USCA for the DC Circuit (not an attorney or judge) many years ago, but when cases like this come up, it kinda makes me miss it just a little. :)

So, there didn’t appear to be any interest in Fogo. A few people went to nearby Capital Grill.

I started listening to this, and got about to the middle of the first .gov attorney.

    I am a bit worried.

    Two things bother me.

First, Judges that don't understand the difference between FA and SA.

Second, the first pro2a lawyer, ill call him nervous new Yorker, or that's what he sounds like, that can't explain trigger reset.

And during the questioning by the female judge, it sounds like she is asking about the operation of a crew served weapon. A belt Fed, or similar, machine gun.

Still listening, but had to pause get dinner going.
