    yea I e mailed him the other day and he said he was totally against sb281 in his reply, also you guys in St. Marys look out his two sons are State Troopers in Leonardtown lol I see him time to time and he still patrols the roads. good guy

    Always liked Sheriff Evans, never struck me as the kind of guy that'd quietly go along with something like this.
