My renewal (with check) took almost exactly 45 days. It's always a good idea to get the renewal in the mail as soon as you get the paperwork.

Got my renewal last week; I think about 45 days; no more than that.

Check out the FAQ sticky at the top of the forum. There is a very good write up right at the beginning which should answer 95% of your questions I suspect.

Sent in renewal 56 days ago and haven’t received the paperwork yet. I even checked the Letter of Authorization box to receive a LOA but nothing so far. Anyone else have to wait this long for a renewal?

I sent my check for renewal last week in March. Received my license in the mail today, May 8.

You do realize that ATF monitors this forum, and when you ask about why it's taking so long they send it the next day...

I mailed my renewal in at the end of April. Check cashed May 1st. I got my license Friday or Saturday. I didn't check the mail until today. So about 4 weeks.
